What to Expect

Hello and welcome! Whether you're a returning friend or visiting for the first time, I’m so happy you’re here. I’m beyond excited to be the official photographer for the June Aspen Farms Horse Trials! In addition to being the official photographer for the Aspen Farms shows in 2024 and 2025, I’ve spent years shooting this event as a second shooter and even competing in it myself. I can confidently say it’s one of my all-time favorites.



I have an amazing team of photographers to ensure every moment at Aspen Farms is captured. With my in-depth knowledge of the course and experience as an eventer, I have a great sense of what riders want to see in their photos. I can’t wait to help you capture the unforgettable moments at Aspen Farms!

Why sign up?

My team and I will be photographing all rider's jump phases, and the proofs of these images will be available for purchase after the event, but if you want a true VIP experience and get more bang for your buck (photo prices will be more post show), I would highly encourage you to sign up for one of the package options.

VIP Coverage

If you sign up as a VIP, you'll receive an exclusive sneak peek gallery featuring 5–10 images within 1–2 days after the event. These quick edits are perfect for posting and enjoying the excitement right away. Your full, professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of the event. Taking this extra time allows me to carefully edit each image so you receive the high-quality results you deserve. Think of it like wedding photography—you get a few highlights quickly, and then relive the full experience with beautifully refined edits.

Photo Proofs (for all non-signup riders)

Photo proofs from the event will be posted within 7-10 days following the show. This gives everyone a chance to view and select images for digital and print purchases.

Video Reel Coverage

In addition to photo sign-up options, I will also be offering high-resolution video reel clip coverage as a separate sign-up option for riders wanting cinematic social media content and motion highlights from their weekend at Aspen Farms.

Video coverage will include partial XC coverage and select moments throughout the event, similar in style to photo coverage. Please note that because capturing video requires dedicated focus and equipment, riders who sign up for video coverage will receive little to no photo coverage during the phases being filmed.

Payment

Invoices for signups will be sent the week approaching the show so there is no pressure if you do not get in, something comes up to where you cannot compete, or you decide you no longer want to purchase a package.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are eliminated during the event, and the elimination affects the package you signed up for, you will receive a partial refund, this will be on a case by case basis depending on what phase you were eliminated on. For more details on this, check the bottom of the page!
