Planning a wedding or deciding what you want in a photoshoot can be overwhelming, but not to worry, I will be there for you! Obviously you want to make sure the style of a photographer fits what you are wanting, but you also want someone you are comfortable with and will make it a fun time. I hold a lot of value in creating relationships with my clients and ensuring they are confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.
01. Fill out my Booking request form
Complete the booking form on my contact page and give me ALL the details you have about your wedding or photoshoot. I will review your form and get back to you within 48 hours to set up a call or a time to meet in person to discuss further details and get to know each other more.
02. we will meet or have a call to discuss all the details
I want my services to match exactly what you are looking for and the best way to make sure of that is to have a call, video call or meet in person to chat through your vision. I want you to feel confident and excited about having me as your photographer.
03. Sign contract and pay retainer
Once you decide I am a match for your photo vision we will get things finalized by signing my contract and paying your retainer to hold your big day on my calendar.
04. ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
Engagement shoots are an amazing way to get those pre-wedding photo jitters out and get comfy with me taking pics of you and your love. Whether you are going to use the photos for save the dates, display them at your wedding or just have them for the memories, I always recommend doing an engagement session.
05. FILL OUT WEDDING DAY QUESTIONNAIRE
Although we have chatted through your vision, this questionnaire will give me key wedding details you may not have had on our first couple of chats. I will send this 4-6 weeks out from your wedding to additional timeline details, family photo names and confirm some of the wants and needs you expressed from our initial chats.
06. Confirm logistics
1-2 weeks before the big day I will send a confirmation email with all the logistics information and photo timeline. With so much going on as your big day approaches, I want the photos to be the last thing you need to worry about.
